Most of us feel pretty scattered, overwhelmed and out of control every day, and we crave nothing more than a calmer, more focused way of being.

If we can get present to these invisible forces, we can start to create focus. We can train ourselves to face resistance, and to calm ourselves when we’re stressed and overwhelmed.
