Slow Down in the Midst of Chaos: Join the Zen Habits 2024 Retreat in London

Slow Down in the Midst of Chaos

When our lives are filled with uncertainty, everything can feel like chaos.

And when there's chaos, we can run around like a chicken without a head. It creates even more chaos!

What would it be like to slow down, and find stillness and quiet in the middle of any chaotic moment?

What would become available to you if you learned this skill?

This is what we'll be exploring in April when I'll be holding my only in-person retreat for 2024 ... in London!

We'll be deepening into the practice of slowing down, and learn to be with everything in the present moment. And to ultimately ... fall in love with life.

I'll be teaching a training method for slowing down in our key moments, to transform how we show up for work, relationships & life. You'll practice with the support of other participants, and learn how to set up your own practice in your daily life.

I fully believe in this method, and the power it has for transformation.

Come play with me and others who want to explore the unknown!

with love,

Leo Babauta

This will be our only in-person event in 2024

But this leaves us stuck. There’s a more liberating way, and I’m going to share that in our June Fearless Living Academy workshop, called “The Practice of...

We don’t often realize it, but we’re mostly living out a version of ourselves that we’ve decided to be a while ago. This isn’t a bad version, but it’s often stuck in outdated ideas about who we have to be. There’s also a version of you that already knows how to do the thing you’d like to do. It’s not about knowledge, or even being capable of it — it’s about how you see yourself. Who you’re being when you face the work — and who you need to be, for the purpose in front of you. This month’s...

I’ve been finding that most people work with goals in one of three ways: They avoid setting goals because of fear of failing, feeling inadequate, or feeling forced to stick to them out of obligation; They make goals but force themselves to stick to them, but doing it out of obligation or “have to” instead of feeling inspired; or They set some goals that they’re not really committed to, staying safe and letting themselves off the hook. These are all disempowered ways to work with goals. They...
